Meet Erica

Erica qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist from University of Ulster, she then specialised in myofascial release techniques, also gaining a Post Graduate Certificate in Acupuncture from University College Dublin.

While looking to develop her skills further, and through her own health journey, she found the path of Craniosacral Therapy. This treatment supports the body’s resources to restore balance and healing as well as helping to meet and resolve trauma held in the system. This in turn can aid recovery from pain, fatigue, anxiety and reduced function.

Erica currently works in private practice and is passionate about facilitating improved outcomes for her patients. Treatments available include;

  • Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)

  • Physiotherapy

  • Fascial release

  • Acupuncture

You can explore these in further detail on the Treatments page.

Erica has a special interest in the treatment of concussion stemming from her research in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) project work while training. She was invited to speak at the 2024 Head First Conference Connecting the Dots on how Craniosacral Therapy can facilitate recovery for concussion clients.

In June 2025, she presented Craniosacral Therapy for Concussion Recovery to CranioSacral Ireland, sharing insights into therapeutic approaches that gently support nervous system regulation and healing following head injury.

In 2026, alongside another Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist with a background in clinical neuropsychology, Erica co-founded Cranial Connect. This teaching collaboration was established to deepen practitioners’ understanding of the physiological and neurological processes unfolding after concussion. The aim is to help craniosacral therapists feel informed, confident, and well-resourced when supporting the post-concussion patient group.
